Roy is the General Manager of Seabolt Brokers / Harry Norman Realtors and the founder and former President and Managing Broker of The Coastal Real Estate Group. In February 2008 Seabolt Brokers / Harry Norman Realtors and The Coastal Real Estate Group merged to form the largest real estate company based in Savannah’s Historic District and one of the largest real estate companies between Savannah and Jacksonville, with additional offices in Richmond Hill and Darien.

Roy has over 30 years experience in real estate marketing and banking and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. In addition, he was the Southeastern Real Estate Auction Coordinator for the Resolution Trust Corporation, overseeing hundreds of real estate auctions that resulted in the sale of thousands of properties. From 1990 – 2002 Roy lived in Atlanta and was Managing Broker and Regional Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker The Condo Store.

Roy grew up in Savannah and as a resident and owner of several historic properties, Roy’s expertise in Historic District properties is extensive. In addition, Roy has been involved with the marketing of dozens of condominium developments in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida.

Roy is a longtime member of the Georgia Southern University "1906 Society", as well as the Georgia Historical Society and Historic Savannah Foundation.
